We want you to love your lashes; if you are not completely satisfied with your Falscara purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and satisfy our hygiene safety standards for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place the unused items in the original box or a similar protective mailer and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
